RE: RE: Rich Morrowyou know he was part of the tsc deal right? the free warrants with no risk to tsc, but potential catastrophy to maa shareholders? yes he was the one signing the papers. His first "potential deal" was horrific  and now look at the share price. The industry does not believe in him because of this blunder. I guess again, the shareprice speaks to how much confidence people have of his leadership. When you are in the CEO position, you better deliver. He did not only not deliver, but destroy alot of potential shareholder value.
Let me ask you this. Would you give those warrants to tsc just to accept to do a "DD" on the company? Whatever DD might mean to one company and another. I bet all the other CEO's or the other potash juniors are just shaking their heads and laughing on how bad that deal was to maa, where complant did not say no yet, and they had "suitors interested". I hope at the AGM, we can rip them a new one so they walk out and hopefully wake up and leave or deliver.
