If I trusted the management more, I would have thought a hostile takeover, or they thought maybe tsc would be interested in getting them hooked up, or it would have a better chance of getting financing because potential investors would like a tsc to have a good stake to ensure a good management. I totally agree with you though. I really hope our management is not that dumb.
