Correct, *some* people have issues with management; I own stocks @ 17 different juniors and have to say Magellan's management is @ the top of the list. Listen, no one is happy about the recent decline in share prices, but take a look around nearly all juniors (even majors) have been on the down trend for the longest time. I think it comes down to this, after reviewing all materials and speaking to management, if a shareholder does not believe in the company they should sell and move on. If a shareholder really does believe in the company, average down or if you have no available cash sit and wait like the rest of us.

In my opinion this is not a dead horse, this horse is waiting @ the start line ready for the race (as many other junior companies are).
