RE: AppointmentLooks like good news regarding the appointment.  I wasn't so happy with the second last paragraph, however.  150,000 stock options to an officer exercisable at .28 for 5 years.  Why do they have to price them so low?  Sends the message they think the stock is fairly valued at the current price.
