Bought feel financing

If I interpreted the news release properly,It looks like directors and officers of Marlin are finally taking 
a position in the company through the bought deal financing.I see this as a very good sign. Maybe they will take the share price up before they do the financing for golden reign?

Did you just wake up to the fact that the insiders at Wexford own 85% of this company?  Scary ....how people invest without doing any DD
