Same here still making up my mind.

"Harbour's kid" represents the Harbour Foundation, I am not too concerned about him being on the Board.

"and what of Anne" ....from the website I understand that it was too late to get her on list for the new board.

The question that I have is, why did she and two other Board members resign? Did she and the others want to accommodate Rex and allow new members of his choosing on the board?
