I liked this update and am not worried too much about the lawsuit because they are a normal part of business and will not affect our production. The obvious news from the update is the total lack of update on the financing. I thought the proposed financing was way too big anyways. Given the market conditions, I would not be displeased to see the amount lowered to $10 million or so. I think they can get that in London. Europeans like these African deals. Better to do a small fiancing now and then a bigger one later at a higher price after we have production. I just hope they can do the smaller amount at a favorable price. That's the risk here imo.
