200K shares on the bid at .06I am really surprised that there has not been dumping as cash flow to service debt must be minimal to none and production from the companies single well continues to decline, they don't seem capable of operating their rigs and time is running out. Also, insider buying is has dried up.
Does somebody know something which contradicts the above facts as we know them? Why is someone bidding for the stock?
Is this dumb money on the bid or smart money with non-public information? Does the person bidding for stock realize that this is a one well company with no cash flow and $18 million in bank debt and the one well is in trouble or rapidly watering out?
