I am cautiously optimistic in that they did two things that are favorable to shareholder value in both canceling the merger and then not converting the loan into cheap shares.

I am a little surprised as I predicted an extension.  I hope Westfield will not try a nuisance lawsuit.

I hope you are correct that some new and qualified people are going to be brought in. I would like to buy more but refuse until i see some new blood. I think there are other potential buyers like myself who would buy shares with some new people in and some older management out.
