Pipeline SecurityI am very comfortable with what MART can produce but my only lingering concern is the ability to get their proposed production rates through the pipelines to market. I know the pipeline has been operating and getting oil to market effectvely in the past but based on these latest interruptons does the government ( or MART ) have to grease some palms to make the concern go away.
