late filing

late filingOk, i know it sucks that Mart missed the deadline, however, sometimes there are certain things that are out of your control .... maybe,  in the LONG term that this missed filing has something to do that will change things for the good of the company .... so, lets not be too harsh on Mr. Wade, he has moved the company quite nicely over the past year.
