It may take a couple days for them to hit SEDAR as is usally the case (coming from someone who has audited public companies and coordinated releases with senior management). Likely to see a year end earning press release up before they are up on SEDAR - likley tomorrow morning pre-market?

FYI - SEDAR is the canadian (TSX/TSXV) public securities filing system (similar to EDGAR in the states but way more user friendly) in Canada. Go to sedar.com - search database - public company resources and enter "Mart Resources". When they are filed you will see FS and MD&A here.
