Pipeline fee
Pipeline fee We had 2 types of fee:
1 Pipeline transportation fee. Around 1.5%
2 Loss on the line fee.
Loss can come from temperature difference
Bunkering (stealing)
Spill
The loss is where AGIP wanted to charge 11%
My understanding is that it is now actual loss with monthly reconciliation. This had been posted some time ago and has not changed.
