I believe it went like this. Insiders(management) sold shares to raise cash to exercise their options in time to catch the special dividend with the newly received shares. Pretty smart if you ask me. Sell shares (at a profit) exercise options (at a lower strike price) and then do it all in time for the special .10 dividend. WIn,win,win.
I'm pretty sure this is the insider activity your referring to?????
