Most paying dividend companies announce their dividend schedule at the same time they announce their quarter. I do not recall Mart saying or for that matter anybody saying that a dividend announcement would be made one week prior to the quarterly report. Let set the expectation right so we do not fall back on the old way of taking our desire for a company commitment.
