 Mart is presently structured as a "risk developer" it has no chance to be acquired by anybody. Mart does not own the field they own a contract to develope the field in exchange for 50% of the reserves and production.

New marginal fields will come the same way the partnership with Midwestern and Suntrust is setup.  Mart has the experience and the best reputation of any marginal field developer so they will have no problem expending the number of fields with present or new partners but it will always be with a partner since Mart does not qualify as an indigenous company.

Can the way Mart is structured change?  the answer is yes.
