Oullins is busy with his son's wedding ... Now, I hear merger talks are progressing very nicely .. Not sure of the time line but I believe it will happen sooner than later -- the merged company will have many benefits: quicker  news release (don't need to go through all the partners); new marginal field allocation bidding; company is "cleaner": better positioned for a sale/take over; and we could see a special divvy/ buy in for shareholders, oh, also, I do believe there're better tax benefits for indigenous companies ... Anyhow time will tell --
