What concerns me most is the dividend sustainability as the company does not provide the decline rate of its wells. If it is the same like the decline rate of the Bakken wells that is mentioned at the recent SeekingAlpha article below , we may have problems as we will be in a treadmill.

 

Are you kidding?  You compared mmt's wells with bakken wells!  If you wonder why they don't publish decline rates on the wells, they have not been declining, in fact they have the ability to switch to 4 different sands in each well except for some of the early wells.  They have not switched any sands even after a couple of years.  It is laughable to even suggest!!!!   I would say you should do some DD on MMT!!
