RE: RE: RE: Umugini oil pipeline Excellent news, but remember how one of Mart's main "boosters" claimed that the pipeline was being laid back in November, even before the contract was awarded? And we have since heard others claim that construction started at varying times.
But as the contract was only awarded in December, it is hard to say exactly when construction has, or will, begin. Maybe that is why we haven't heard anything directly from Mart, it may not have started yet.
But it does appear that it will get built, and that is the only really important thing.
