Yep. Oullins said that too. I posted this yesterday, but it was buried; I wonder if we will just try to get the pipe connected, then start flowing oil to test for leaks, and finally fill with concrete once it is commissioned with no issues. I can visualize a 55km pipeline connected in 3 months but I can't see there being an abundance of cement trucks in the Delta so I wonder if the cement cap will take time?
