Worried about the Crude Handling Agreement?

Worried about the Crude Handling Agreement?

Well, then listen to then ask yourself who's signature are we missing on the crude handling agreement as disclosed by Wade on the conference call yesterday?

Hint: Our new CFO used to work for them

Hint: They own 45% of the Trans Forcados system at the Erimeu Manifold, which is where I understand the Umugini pipeline will connect:

Per Wade on the call, Shell has signed off on crude handling agreement, they just need Heritage's signature, plus NPDC (Nigeria Petroleum Development Corp, i.e. Government). NPDC is a key reason why there is a delay.
