I remember reading that we are contractually obligated to keep using the AGIP pipeline as per the current pipeline agreement.  I think it was minimum 5000bopd (Mart's share).  I'm sure all the "pipeline losses" on AGIP will mysteriously dissapear when the new pipe is operational, if they want to keep Umusadege business.  If not, I guess the pipeline losses can get even worse until Mart pulls the plug on them. 

I would prefer to have two pipes, as long as Agip co-operates.
