Zeus55 You know Zeus we are all here to help investors out and give our perspective of where the stock might go .. I do appreciate what you are saying but there're no hidden agenda here ... With me anyway.. I'm a big believe in Mart and do feel it's drastically undervalued at these price! As for the divvy and why it hasn't been announced yet, I would guess it has to do with the payment from AGIP- mart receives payment approximately 45 days after the 1st of the prior month-- so maybe they want to make sure that there is a buffer zone before payment since we know that they have the cash to pay. Or maybe Wade is waiting for the right time.. he has a knack for springing news upon us when we least expect it! Just my thoughts.
