Agree with your comments 100%.

When I was running for reeve for our local government, I was advised by the outgoing reeve to never tell people the truth, as they will always twist what you say for their own purposes. And if you are honest and tell them exactly what you are planning to try and accomplish, they will use that information against you, and throw roadblocks up at every opportunity.

So I actually do understand the no-win situation Wade is in, and I am sure he is doing everything in his power to get things done.
But the fact remains that we are facing more delays. Not Wade's fault at all, but the delays still exist.

As an aside note, do you read the UMU-11 news the same way I do, or does wally have a point?
The news release was a bit confusing.
