right on dbeaude...tons of paper owned by insiders and chronies...and accumulating daily on dips near $1 no doubt..hence the divy...also..as a team/group..they will push and sell into this rally..then drop back and cross and accumulate all over again

any US newsletter promo will play into their strategy...and they know the timing

easy money for the inner circle with huge positions...
