No dividend today

No dividend todayMart usually puts out their pre-market news at 8:30 Eastern time, so it looks like we won't get any news today. According to 'those in the know Mart had their management meeting late last week, so they should know what they are going to do. And those 'in the know' said we should have had the dividend announced by today. So I wonder what the holdup is?
