I think we need to consider one more reason for the delay in the divy announcement and that would be that Mart is waiting for news on their bid and don't want to commit to the divy until they know whether or not they have won one. IMO.

That could be true.....but..... aren't they running out of time to announce in time to set ex-div and pay date for the quarter? Who knows what the time frame is for awarding of any field(s)???
