As I asked last month regarding October's update "is shipments delays another way of saying lacking of buyers?" As you recall some of October's downtime was attributed to 2 late shipments. The only way a mere 2 late shipments can result in pipeline shutdown is the terminal is full to the brim because they are having difficulties finding buyers. The point to take away is the line is ready but there is nowhere to put the additional oil so the tie in is mute at this time.

It’s humorous when the loud and rude are placing significance on one thing while the knowledgeable are weighing something else entirely.  I suppose that is how the players take money from the silly and inexperienced like lohcod. We had the same information but some underestimate the importance of what they do not understand. Instead of using the bb to ask questions and gain a better understanding they get loud and rude and broke.
