RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why is price dropping?I expect the deal will happen because management wants it. Management is getting paid. 

The lower the price means the buyer can buy shares cheaper and the better the deal looks. 

The price of oil is going down and without the deal we be looking at the .40. cents SP.

Oil  will probable be at it lowest around the  time  of the closing  off the deal.  This wiill reinforce how good the deal is. 

Everything is looking like a solid deal. A deal at .80 is better than a possibility at 1.25. Take is cheap compare to money on the table.
