Why is price dropping?
If Mart has a cash offer for $.80 cents a share, why is the price still at $.57 cents? What am I missing here?

Market believes the deal may not get done as our potential buyers may not obtain the financing. Also market believes it's still risky and upside might not be there. Do your DD. Seems like an easy return, but not everything is what it seems.

Thank you Ronaldo, I appreciate your comments. I decided to take a small postion, even if this deals doesn't go thru I believe this stock is undervalued.

Its fun watching new comers convince themselves that what they don't know is not worth understanding.

Unless the offer is just fluff, designed to get retail shmoes to buy 'undervalued' shares. No deal has been signed as of yet and is contingent on other factors. Also, BNN = manipulative in their presentation of the news and always have ulterior motives Base your decision to buy/sell on POO
