I mean when it was trading in 60s....they could have issued some shares and gotten some more breathing room. looks to me that all this had been delibrate....the company should never have committed this kind of risk for this shell deal.
By the way there is no news about this shell stake why is it not contributing still to mart's coffer with so much downpayment that mart made on it.
also lets consider what are the bank's options? if they call of loans now they would have an asset that mart had been unable to sell for quite some time. Rather than that I think it would be wise for bank to reschedule and allow company to operate because it is only a matter of time.
