TD does not Have Notice of Redemption from Mart - Yet

TD does not Have Notice of Redemption from Mart - Yet I called TD today to release my shares for Tender and they said they did not have the official notice of redemption from Mart (yet) and they could not redeem them. I assume it will be forthcoming - and will buy more shares tomorrow at $.235 if you decide to sell.
