Trading question

My lvl 2 quotes show 100 shares being bought at the ask once per minute or so.  What am I seeing?  Is this someone's trading program, meant to game someone else's trading program?  TIA.   Billfox

No that is cormark program trading. When they see stupid investors selling or if they know the company is currently undervalued they use program trading to fill there boots!
