Language in release leaves it very possible that pipeline continues to be down in to March: Production from the Umusadege field has been down for approximately 10 days in February 2013 due to a maintenance shutdown by the pipeline operator. Does anyone know if this is the AGIP pipeline that Mart uses? https://saharareporters.com/news-page/agip-pipeline-spill-wreaks-havoc-kalaba ...more

Terroir - the AGIP pipeline is down for maintenance all the time. I just looked back at Mart's last 12 quarters in my model and it is rare that is down less than 10 days in 3 months and Oullins has posted here before  If you haven't noticed, Mart stopped trading retrospectively based on news releases last fall and trades propspectively based on at least 20k of gross production ...more

T o finish my first comment… Oullins has posted here before that Mart budget’s for 5 down-days/month or 15 days/quarter so this was built into dividend decision.
