A smart move for MMT?
Either make Cherwayco the chairman or the .....NOT BOTH!!!.... particularly in a small junior cap company. A person in this capacity feels they own the company not the shareholder mass particlarly if they have a substantial shareholding themselves. There is also the risk that this indivuad will act more for their own benefit rather than the shareholder mass.

Once again go to SEDI and learn who owns what. You will find what you post is not real. Man this is basic DD. If you have not done this by now what on earth are you doing playing in the stock market?
