Showtime
Conrgratulations to all longs, in the past year we have had to be patient & wait out a stall in growth. In that time however many things have happened and have created an excellent buying opportunity for new investors & for all to add to positions.
In the last year:
1. Divi paid, that is .20 cents a share to wait- pretty damn good
2. More drilling up resources-tons of oil
3. Increase in Agip capacity (anyone notice the peak day in February prior to shut downs now at over 16000 BPD?
4. Credit facility for a major amount of development money
5. A new pipeline well past the half way point
The Bad:
1. Stolen oil! & pipeline delays(which were expected)
The Future is bright:
1. Only 9% theft in January
2. Agip now flowing 16000BPD vs 12000, 4000 more per day flowing & with perhaps a breather on the theft, we are talking a major increase in $ in the bank
3. Lower Canadian Dollar, MMT sells in American dollars this will add 9% or so to our bottom line on the income conversion
4. We will have a pipeline flowing oil very soon- even if delayed lets call it oil in the pipe for November 2014- MMT will initailly be able to flow 15000 BPD in the new line along with 16000 in the current line.
5. With drilling progressing & brining everything on line, later in 2015 we should see total production of well over 40000 BPD
6. TSX listing -ideally we be in first half 2015
7. New property purchased by end of year
8. Count on a divi increase after we go north of $3 a share
I could go on & on but will save it for another day, I am not a pumper but a very eager long time share holder of mart shares & in the last 3 months have found no better place to buy up more shares for "almost" a sure fire double from here in the next 6 to 9 months, along with another .15 cents in dividends along with a increase in the divi likely depending on the costs of the planned investment money.
Looking longer term if all goes even 75% as well as it should, MMT will see $5 to $6 per share into 2016
Buy at your own risk/reward.
