RE:RE:Pason Systems The only other comment I can make about Pason and their investments in Intelligent Wellhead Systems Inc. is that I see three main differences between PSI, IWC and MCB.
I see PSI as the main controller of "everything about information"... drilling control functions, overall data, actual drilling info, other geo info etc. and tying most of that all together and sending.
I see IWC as the overrider of all the safety features/controls (pressure control and safety bypasses etc.) with the specific data info in those areas which compliments PSI, as such their investments.
I see MCB as the true automation driver of the drilling equipment (in both machinery products and control functions) in the operation and information thereof. Plus, putting it all in one complete remote cloud operation package which has not been done to date.
Could they all work together??? Possible with perhaps a few overlaps and minor changes needed to be made but I think overall their technologies could all be combined to make many rigs far more cost efficient, much safer for all workers involved, more reliable with less labor and far more remote operational ... which would be a bunch of great future benefits for any industry companies, their management and operators plus this industry overall!
