Since I am not the person you asked the question of , I just want to say why would anybody short shares of a micro - small cap - which trades few shares ? Why would it be bad if options are in the money at 65 cents ; might it not encourage management to take actions that raise the share price so they can make more money excersing them and then selling at a higher price? As for accounting

I agree. I'm a shareholder and hope he shorts the hell out of it.  Maybe he's trying to manipulate the price one way or another..the balance sheet is fine and the market conditions are looking up.  Should be getting the annual report within the next few weeks. There's value here, just needs to be unlocked.  Perhaps we need a shake up...

i would be opposed to a shakeup. i understand what the company is trying to do; the strategy is straightforward. In a book about Warren Buffet - there  was a comment about the importance of management ,  the right industry can make bad managers look good and the wrong industry can make good managers look bad. Cyclical companies to me qualify as bad business (wrong industry). Given the
