Management did us all a favor! Jazz gets it many don't u see by doing the consolidation and the pp they just slid a floor under the sp of .065-.07 the .40 pp is a way of letting management and insiders get more shares before the close as per the news release management can participate so the run up and current price is pretty much the floor so Sellers Beware anything under .06 will get mopped up in a hurry because the longs will get loaded up on cheap shares for post consolidation this is an absolutely heck of a deal and we still have upside with the assays short term this went from rather drab to very very exciting with multi potential incredible news in my opinion!
