RE: MCP 30 USD mid of 2013

I cannot see that as this new financing will mean prospective WY sales 2012 after annualising NEM's contribution, will mean that debt is about 1.5 to 1.7 times such a sales number, plus they have this equity dilution. I am not bashing but the numbers just do not support the idea that this company can easily grow out of this predicament of high costs, lower prices, equity dilution and growing debt plus macro uncertainty. I must also add that the NEM conv that are being paid out from the new financing were for NEM's intention for it to buy 'something' (more than the Gallium buy!) and now it is part of MCP's ongoing cash needs.

I am actually surprised they are proposing $10.
