This stock has to be the most manipulted schemes I have seen in along time in the stock market, has to make one wonder how they can put hard earned money to work when there is companies like this out there, 

SEC investigation, fired CEO, releases early news on fourth quarter fallout, well the SEC should be investigating this company as it seems its nothing but a scam,

How true. Brokers build a short position and come up with guranteed winning short cover with huge  commissions and fees. Read the so call prospectus on the preferred shares. The only thing believeable was the commission
