This is a public BB where we can all express our thoughts. I have given mine. I was hoping for more discussion on this topic but I guess that is not the case. AND I thought I was naive! It's just a matter of time. When it happens I will repost what I had said.

The "only" reason that I can see that MDG would not be taken private would be because it is not worth buying. It could be possible. There are other companies like NVAX working on the same thing and maybe could do it better.

Look at the Big Boys. Who knows what they are working on? And guess what? They are all in North Carolina!

Four of the top-5 vaccine manufacturers have set up shop in North Carolina (Merck, Glaxo Smith Kline, Pfizer and Novartis) -- and at least 15 are developing or making vaccines.
