RE: Dumped my shares today
I'm not a prolific poster... but feel your pain. I keep thinking of ShireBioChem... They had a vaccine shop in Ste Foy, Qc too (regular egg-based, mind you), and were the Canadian supplier of vaccine (10yr contracts). That outfit also seemed to stagnate -never super profitable, it seems. They eventually sold to ID Biomedical (subsidiary of GSK). In 2010, Canada signed (renewed) for another 10 yr with that same facility (now owned by GSK though), but really, that is small potatoes.
I won't complain... made good dough with MDG (lucky to get in at .36 a long, long time ago. But am considering your play more and more Tbone -especially with other holdings in BTI and ICO holding so much promise.
Many, many moons ago, Jentai (from this board) held a contest: predictions on MDG's share price some 6 months down the line. I won that contest (I predicted .47 I think), and Jentai sent me a beautiful bottle of Champagne. My point though -behold, some 18 months later, we are still at that price. Reasonable to think you could do better elsewhere methinks.
