Playing it safe .... if there was the correction that many many economists are calling for and they couldn't get financing they would be hooped Think about running a buisness not me and you making a profit and you will see their point of view. The profits will come

I am certainly more confident that the financing will end up in the mid 70's or above than I was when the news release happened. Holding up very well.
