glass more than half full now

PMI handling marketing in China is smart.  Marketing is VERY time and capital intensive - PMI knows how to market, can squeeze balls when needed and has manpower and deep pockets to make it happen.

If Medicago had to handle all the manufacturing, distribution and marketing and all the concomitant relationships that involves, they'd be up against a nearly impossible task.

Sure PMI will make oodles of money, but by Medicago focusing on their strength of manufacturing, so will they!

It has taken years to date to make China a reality, it's my guess that more and more deals will also be starting to come to fruition now.

Now if we can just get Paradigm and others holding past PP paper out of the way, this thing should be on fire.

Of ourse you are correct with regards to marketing BUT MDG has the process AND They can go it alone PMI has the marketing WHICH  is useless without the process MDG gave away the farm BUT No surprise there, is it?

beenthere You have been nowhere if you think mdg could build a marketing team anywhere, little own China, in the next 10 years. The product is useless to mdg without a marketing team.

When the process is completed and 100% ready for use companies would have been beating at the MDG door to handle the product. MDG could have done the deal on their terms but instead they go on  PMI's terms. I would why? lol And it's great to receive 4 mil$ upfront, give back 7 mil$ and maybe get 3mil$  more later! lol
