Maybe they don't have the number of shares needed to make this happen,
as there is one heck of a bid on the buy side. I know some people will buy into that, but for those who were looking for more hang on tight.

Ricky, I am far from an "expert" But yes this has happened to me a number of times. Yes, you will get the $1.16 And you will have no say in the matter. You can always wait and see about another offer. Considering the number of shares you hold I would wait and see. You know your going to get at least $1.16 Most people will not wait. They will not want their money tied up until
