Bid from Mitsubishi Tanabe at $ 1.16 per MDG share cash
I am just puzzled why shareholders of MDG are in a hurry to take profit & sell at $1.15 instead of waiting for the official bid at $1.16. In the meantime we may even be surprised by another competing bid from another pharmaceutical giant(?)
