Institutional Ownership of MDG
Of the top six funds that hold MDG
(Thats not counting PMI)
They hold 19,185,186 shares.
I am hoping these guys don't like being screwed over
And at the very least kick up a fuss about this one sided deal
Come on guys!!
You are responsible for your clients money
Don't roll over now and play dead
You didn't invest in MDG to get $1.16!!!

And why a Friday for the deal? And there were over 30 million shares traded on Friday. Maybe those institutions are gone already.
