Ricky, Can you shine the light on me about something?
And also do some math for me?

It's been 10 days now and I have been thinking about it alot.
Things just don't seem right (to me).
You were MDG's biggest cheerleader, right?
And on July 12 they made the big announcement that they were being taken private for $1.16, right?
But instead of being upset you sold ON THE SAME DAY for $1.15,right?
Why?
Now my math question
You owned a 1,000,000 shares, right?
And around 6:00pm on July 12 (SAME DAY OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT) you posted on SH that you sold your shares for $1.15, right?
And doesn't 1,000,000 times $0.01 equals $10,000.00?
So if you held until September there would have been NO RISK to get an extra $10,000, right?
PLUS you still would be in play for any possible "counter-offer, right?
Sorry to say but ..
You are either jumped the gun (I don't think so)
Or you most likely lied about the 1,000,000 shares (I think so)

good points, been calling that guy out all along. ever so adored for scanning the internet and posting links to news articles and given undue credit for having something to do with the share price run up.
