I have been in the stock market in excess of 25 years And I have NEVER heard of ANY opinion of ANYBODY that goes against the offer on the table. Of any deal WHY is THAT?? Wouldn't you consider that a little strange? WHY are ALL offers FAIR??? (Don't look under any tables)

As I said in a previous post "you would not believe the big guns they have hired" I guess rumours must be getting back to them that it is not looking good. Could be anyone of the three hiring these firms, my bet is the one with the deepest pockets, they would rather spend it here (brain washing) than make a better offer

That news release is nothing but a waste of money for MDG. Makes them look like a joke and that they may be worried by voting results. I wonder what options the board of directors and staff were going to be granted with the potential takeover.
